REZERVACE

Payment - hotels, pensions, apartments, hostels

A full payment in advance is required. To settle the payment there are 3 possibilities:

1. Credit card advanced payment - the amount of the whole stay should be paid by credit card, in advance. Once the payment is settled we will send You the „voucher“ which has to be given to the receptionist at the hotel at arrival. This document confirms that the reservation has been made by the Mary’s Travel Agency for You and that You already paid for the accommodation.
2. Bank transfer - the whole amount should be transferred to our bank account in advance, according to the calculation sent by our travel agency. There is a 1,5% administration fee added to the final amount. Upon receiving the amount to our bank account the „voucher“ will be issued and sent to You. This document confirms that the reservation has been made by the Mary’s Travel Agency for You and that You already paid for the accommodation.
3. Western Union Money Transfer - the whole amount should be transferred via Western Union, in advance. Upon receipt of the amount the „voucher“ will be issued and sent to You. This document confirms that the reservation has been made by the Mary’s Travel Agency for You and that You already paid for the accommodation.

Hostel reservations will be arranged by our travel agency under the following conditions

• bookings for 1 person accepted only for a min. 3 night's stay,
• bookings for less than 3 nights accepted only for min. 3 people.

There is a 10% mark-up for 1-night stays in hotels, pensions, hostels, apartments.

City tours, trips, cruises, tickets for cultural events

Full advance payment required.

Group reservations

There is a payment plan available for group reservations for more than 15 people as follows: 1st payment - 25 % of the total price has to be paid within 1 week after the reservation, 2nd payment - 75 % of the total price that has to be settled 1 month prior to arrival at the latest.

STORNO PODMÍNKY

All cancellations or reservation changes must be done in written form. If the cancellation fees are lower than the deposit the difference will be paid/credited back to You. Individual cancellation policies may apply for group reservations (more than 15 people).

Unless the below listed cancellation conditions apply, our travel agency reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 300,- CZK / person (for individual reservations) or a 5% fee of the confirmed services (for group reservations for more than 15 people). These conditions applies for all accommodation and service reservations made by Mary's Travel Agency.

The accommodation providers reserve the right to make last minute changes to accommodation reservations due to unexpected reasons beyond their control such as technical inconveniences etc. An accommodation of an equal or higher standard (considering quality, size, location etc.) will be offered to a client according to availability. No price reduction will be offered if providing an alternative accommodation of the same or higher quality.

Hotels, pensions, hostels

For cancellations less than 24 hours prior arrival the full amount will be charged, for cancellations less than 3 days prior arrival You will be charged the first night, unless there are determined stricter criteria for cancellation conditions by individual hotels, hostels or pensions. For „top terms“ individual cancellation conditions apply.
For group reservations (more than 15 persons) individual cancellation conditions apply – depending on the cancellation conditions of the hotel.

Tickets for cultural events, city tours, trips, cruises

Individually depending on a type of event/tour/cruise. Information will be provided upon request.

Veškeré stížnosti nám musí být sděleny ihned v průběhu pobytu a to písemně. Agentura Mary´s není zodpovědná za žádné stížnosti, které obdrží po odjezdu klientů.

DALŠÍ INFORMACE

Hotels, pensions, hostels may require a certain guarantee upon arrival. Prices on the website in foreign currencies (EUR, USD, etc.) are only informative. Calculation for a fixed confirmation will be done according to the daily exchange rate.

Accepted credit cards are: VISA, EC/MC, AMEX. Our agency does not accept Electron Cards as for example VISA ELECTRON. All the credit card transactions are done only after receiving of the completed and signed booking form from the client.

Bookings made with Mary's Travel do not include any type of insurance. It is the client's responsibility to obtain these as well as visa, valid passport or any other documents required concerning customs, health or other regulations. Mary's is not responsible for any expenses caused by client's failure to observe these. It is also the client's responsibility to check all the documents issued or provided by Mary's (vouchers, entrance tickets, coupons, etc.).
